The subject of the contract is the purchase of the digital product "Sam's OpenClaw Playbook" as a PDF download in the available languages (English, German). Interested readers receive next steps directly by email.
§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded by clicking the email link and direct coordination by email. The presentation of the product on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer.

All prices shown include statutory VAT. Next steps are coordinated directly by email.
§ 5 Delivery
After direct coordination by email, you receive the next steps. The buyer receives access to all available language versions of the playbook (English and German).
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal
Notice regarding the expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content: The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content not on a physical medium if the entrepreneur has begun execution of the contract after the consumer has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur may begin execution before expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed knowledge of the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB).
By purchasing and immediately downloading, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal.
§ 7 Copyright
The playbook is protected by copyright. The buyer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal use. Redistribution, reproduction, or making the playbook publicly available without express written permission is not permitted.
§ 8 Liability
Humanizing Technologies GmbH is not liable for damages arising from the application of the instructions described in the playbook. Use is at your own risk. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
§ 9 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these terms be ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
